Affiliate Agreement

1. Joining

We decide who joins, and can turn down or remove anyone at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

You get a personal link (for example app.mapoca.com/?ref=yourcode) and a private stats page. Keep the stats link to yourself.

2. What you earn

20% of the plan price an agency you referred pays us during its first 6 months as a paying customer: every monthly payment in that time, or its first 6-month payment. Payments after those first 6 months don’t earn commission.

Commission is on the plan only. Add-ons such as extra storage or extra creators, taxes, and any discounts or credits are excluded.

An agency counts as referred when it creates its workspace within 90 days of last clicking your link, on the same browser. If it clicked someone else’s link after yours, the last link wins.

No commission for: your own workspaces or ones you control, agencies that were already Mapoca customers or in a trial before clicking your link, or any sale we reasonably believe was made through fraud or a breach of this agreement.

3. When you get paid

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from. If that payment is refunded or charged back in that time, the commission is cancelled.

After the hold, commissions are paid at least once a month to the payment method you give us (for example Wise or PayPal), in US dollars. We may wait until you’re owed at least $50 before paying.

If a payment is refunded or charged back after we’ve paid you its commission, we may take that amount off your next payout.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax or identity details before paying.

4. How you can promote Mapoca

Be honest. Only describe features Mapoca actually has and prices as shown on our pricing page. Don’t promise results.

Say that you earn a commission when you share your link, where the law or the platform requires it.

Don’t bid on “Mapoca” or misspellings of it in search ads, and don’t run ads that look like they come from us.

No spam, no buying traffic from bots or incentivised clicks, no cookie stuffing, and no coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing.

Don’t use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are Mapoca or speak for us. Don’t share anything about our customers.

Don’t refer anyone who would break our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Changes and ending

We can change the commission rate or these terms with 30 days’ notice. Commissions already earned keep the old terms.

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If we end it because you broke it, unpaid commissions are cancelled. Otherwise we pay what you’d already earned, after the usual hold.

If we pause or end the affiliate program, your link stops crediting new agencies from that date.

6. The legal bit

You are an independent affiliate, not our employee, partner or agent. Nothing here lets you make promises on our behalf.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss of any kind arising from this agreement or the affiliate program, including lost earnings, lost profits or indirect loss. The only thing we will ever pay you is commission you have earned under these terms that hasn’t been cancelled.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: support@mapoca.com.
