We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. Sending a notice
Email copyright@mapoca.com with: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; where the material is on Mapoca (a share link or enough detail to find it); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia (or, if you are in the US, the federal district court for your address), and your signature.
3. Repeat infringers
We close the workspaces of repeat infringers where appropriate.
